Soul-full Living was born in 2013. It was the dream for husband and wife team Nici Scott-Savage and Roger Symes.
As transformation and change happens in life, we continue to evolve also.
Roger is available for massage therapy again in 2024, and is completing training in oncoogy massage.
He is excited to bring something new to Palmerston North and it is now here!

Nici continues the work the delivery of EMDR therapy in person and online.
Her work incorporates finding ways to heal, to live life from their values, and to live authentically.

About Roger:
Roger has always been working with people. Formerly as a chef and chef tutor.
He qualified with a Diploma in Personal Training with MAX College in
and trained further in Massage Therapy at the Wellington School of Massage
and offers relaxation, sports massage, deep tissue and pregnancy massage.
He became interested in Oncology Massage after caring for his Mum and trained in this therapy in 2023.
This followed with further exploring methods to support health holistically
and the value in working with the lymphatic system.
Roger in 2024 trained direct with the New Zealand Flowpresso creator and lymphatic specialist Desiree De Spong.
About Nici:
Nici is a qualified and experienced counsellor, specialising in EMDR therapy.
She is an accredited EMDR therapist and an EMDR Consultant/ Facilitator.
Nici works with a wide range of issues including trauma and PTSD, depression, anxiety,
sports performance, and executive coaching.
Nici provides supervision in social services, for caring professions, and EMDR therapists.
She is an NZAC, NZCCA and EMDRNZ approved supervisor.
Her qualifications include BBS – Management and Accounting, Dip Counselling, PG Dip Education (Counselling),
EMDR Accredited Practitioner/ Case Consultant and Facilitator.
